A Book Log
Have you ever seen the Barnes & Noble series of books that have titles like "100 Tales of Torment" or "100 Weird Witch Stories" or "100 Horrible Horror Stories" and what not?
The titles are stupid, but the books are collections of short pulp stories (usually less than 5 pages). Some of them are very good, some are horrible, most are fine. Many of them are edited by Martin Greenberg, and at least one was edited by Asimov. We have about 10 of these at home, in hard cover, and I find them perfect for short bursts of reading before bed, while cooking, etc. We found them in the "bargains" section of B&N.
